First ADC Dance of Year Aug. 14

Fee: $5 ADC (or anyone joining) / $8 Non-members

You do NOT need to RSVP for this dance, but, so we have some idea of numbers, please let us know by replying to this email if you plan to attend. Thanks!

Just a friendly reminder that our host, the ABQ Sq Dance Center (ASDC)*, currently requires Covid vaccination. To comply with this requirement, you must provide proof that you are fully vaccinated in paper or digital form at check in.
(This applies to all future dances until further notice). Your proof of vaccination will be noted, so you will not be required to show it at subsequent dances. *Please note this is their current policy and is subject to change at anytime.

In addition to required proof of vaccination,please note these other reminders and changes:
-- Check in starts at 7pm (no lessons until further notice). Dance ends at 10pm.
-- Before proceeding to check in located inside the ballroom, proof of vaccination will be noted at the first check in desk in the lobby. Anyone not providing proof of Covid vaccination at check in will not be admitted.
~~ Masks are optional, but feel free to bring your own! We'll have extras at check in if needed.
-- Hand sanitizers will be available at all tables. Please use often.
-- No refreshments -- but you may bring individually wrapped snacks if you like.
Please bring your own 'marked' water bottle (a water fountain is also available in both rooms).
-- Please clear off your table of any trash when you leave.

Again, we really appreciate your patience and understanding as we move forward into the 'next phase' of getting back to our 'normal' ADC dances!
