“Hawaiian Beach Party” Variety Dance

Saturday, July 14, 2018 · 7:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Albuquerque Square Dance Center

The dress theme for this dance is Hawaiian/beach attire. It's optional, but more FUN if you do!
Sport those flowered shirts, grass skirts, sarongs, Muu Muus, Hawaiian accessories, shorts, etc.

This dance's lesson is an all levels lesson at 7:15PM- a Ha`aheo O Hawai`i (Hula) introduction.
Native Hawaiian Cindi Heffner, will present a brief taste of Hawaiian culture through hula. Cindi has been sharing her aloha through the grace, power, and beauty of the hula by performing and teaching hula and Hawaiian culture throughout New Mexico for over 20 years. She has just returned from Hawai`i where she attended the intensive nine day World Hula Conference and where she very much enjoyed being home in the islands!

Come and experience the happiness and joy of hula!
